Payments are made through Costco.com normal payment processes.


SHIPPING

 

We take extra effort to make sure that your shipments arrive safely. Of course while making every effort to also keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Our incredible value is evident not only in the price of our cushions but also in our shipping costs.  Most items ship via Fedex for FREE throughout the contiguous 48 states. Whenever possible, we package items together for a single shipment passing any savings directly on to you.


Expedited shipping
2nd day and overnight deliveries carry an additional charge, when available. Contact customer service for rates and availability.


Promotional shipping rates
Discounted and free shipping promotions override the individual item shipping cost during the valid promotion period and when applicable.

Additional shipping information
The following applies to all orders with in-stock merchandise:

     
  • Most items require a 5 working days lead time.
  • Fedex or Freight deliveries are not available on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Orders shipped outside of the United States will be subject to additional fees and taxes. These fees and taxes will be due upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.

Costco collects sales tax as appropriate for your State.


DELIVERY INSPECTION

 

We make every effort to ensure that your order is picked and processed correctly. We also use extra packaging to ensure that it arrives to you safely.

Do not sign for and/or do not accept receipt of any products that are visibly damaged. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify our customer service department immediately at: 1-877-741-9441.

Fedex:
Smaller items are generally shipped via Fedex. If you are home when the delivery arrives, please inspect the packages for obvious damage. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify our customer service department immediately. If the delivery is made when you are not home, then please inspect your order carefully. You should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Common Carrier Services:
Larger items such as chandeliers require delivery by private trucking firms (common carriers). These companies will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time. It is very important that you inspect these common carrier deliveries thoroughly before signing for them.

Inspect the boxes for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. If a product appears to be damaged to the point that it cannot be used - do not accept it.

If you discover internal (non-visible) damages after the delivery has been signed for then you need to notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Cushions and Umbrellas Plus cannot accept responsibility for any damaged product once you sign for a delivery, but we will work with you to resolve the claim with the carrier.

At Cushions and Umbrellas Plus your satisfaction is our primary goal. Any product that is refused upon delivery will be replaced and/or any errors will be corrected immediately.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS
 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Our customer service desk can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.

In some cases a custom, special order item may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.


Returns
 

Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund. All Fences, decking and railing must be returned within 90 days of purchase in order to receive a refund.

 

How to Return: For an immediate refund (including shipping and handling), simply return your purchase at any one of our Costco warehouses worldwide. If you are unable to return your order at one of our warehouses, please email customer service or call our customer service center at 1-877-741-9441 for assistance. To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.

 

If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered.
If your order was delivered “curb side,” it will need to be available for curb side pick up.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
